INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Data Subjects: Navigators, service users and newsletter subscribers
Adriatica Sole Mare S.R.L., with registered office in Via Giosuè Carducci,n° 60, Cap 47841, Cattolica (RN), Tax and VAT No. 03107030409, in the capacity of Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that the processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations provided for therein.
Service provision: your data will be processed to respond to any requests that may be received after filling in the forms available on the website, or email requests.
The legal basis of the processing is of a contractual nature in the terms in which data processing is envisaged after receiving a request for information followed by a reply.
Marketing – newsletter reception service: in particular, your data will be processed, subject to your freely given consent, for receiving newsletters, by entering your email address in the appropriate text box containing the information regarding registration to the newsletter, or by selecting / ticking the appropriate box indicating “newsletter subscription” found in our form.
Legal basis: The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.
Mandatory or optional nature of providing data:
Submitting data is optional with regard to the aforementioned purpose of providing the service; not filling in the fields requested or possibly marked with an asterisk, will not allow you to continue with requests for information. Your refusal to processing your data does not compromise the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the processing itself.
For Marketing purposes, consent is free, separate and optional; lack of consent does not affect the navigation of the site or the provision of the services requested.
Your personal data may be processed using mainly electronic and computer methods such as:
- By means of electronic calculators using software systems managed by third parties;
- By means of electronic calculators with the use of software systems managed or programmed directly;
- Temporary processing in an aggregate anonymous form.
All processing is carried out in compliance with the procedures set out in articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and by adopting the appropriate security measures set in place.
Your data will be communicated exclusively to competent subjects duly appointed to carry out the services necessary for the proper management of the relationship, while ensuring the protection of your rights as data subject.
Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and, in particular, by personnel in charge of maintaining and updating the site, and, if necessary, by the personnel in charge of carrying out marketing communications.
Other technical subjects whose knowledge of the data is necessary for carrying out their duties, such as to guarantee the correct execution of requests for subscription to the newsletter.
Your data is not disclosed to countries outside the EU. Circulation: your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.
Pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, we wish to inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimization of data, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time which doesn’t exceed the achievement of the purposes for which it is collected and processed and complies with the timing needed for the correct provision of the services requested.

You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion (the right to be forgotten), the limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you and in general you can exercise all rights provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR, where applicable with respect to the purposes of data processing.
The data subjects, assuming the conditions are met, also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as the supervisory authority according to the established procedures. Data subjects can contact the data controller for any further information and to defend their rights recognized by the European Regulation.
Reg. UE 2016/679: Art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the Data Subject
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not information exists concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its notification in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain details regarding:
a. the origin of the personal data;
b. the purposes and methods of processing;
c. the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to art. 5, par. 2;
e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be passed on to or who can come into contact with it as
appointed representative in the territory of the state, including managers or appointees.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a. updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data;
b. the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data where
storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c. certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even with regard to their
content, of those to whom the data has been notified or circulated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or
involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right;
d. data portability.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or forcarrying out market research or commercial notifications
